Presently, Wilson works in the department of training, research & consulting at Muhimbili National Hospital—Mloganzila and has authored a groundbreaking book titled ‘Nursing Diagnosis for Academic and Clinical Practice,’ which stands as the first locally written nursing book in Tanzania.
